Trying to improve the College of Winterhold

Version 0.15
- Added an "Altar of the Master Wizard" to the top of the college (access through archmage's quarters. Gives +30 mana and +25% mana-regeneration)

Version 0.12
- Added more harvestable plants to the courtyard
- Fixed some lighting issues
- Added Traing Grounds to the Sacred Hall with a lonely npc
- Sacred Hall now needs the archmage-key to enter it (you can still enter the new regions via the console: coc WinterholdCollegeSacredHall or coc WinterholdCollegeTrainingGrounds)

Version 0.1
- Added trees and grass to the courtyard
- Added candles and more light sources
- Added a new hall called "Sacred Hall" (contoins nothing but can be accessed trough the archmage's quarters)

This is a Work In Progress, so tell me what do you want to see in this mod to enhance the college :)
Any Mod that alters the Mage's College will propably conflict with my mod.

Future Updates:
- Add rooms for "research" and secret necromancer chamber
- Fill the new Hall with life and stuff
- Add more mages to the college (more novices, experts etc.)
- Add exclusiv stuff for the archmage
