Description
2021-12-17 - Updated and now contains upgradable framework blocks + reupload new stats screenshot + replaced glow with hologram so they dont break off

Upgraded version with torpedos :D

Added 16 torpedo tubes(as per specifications) and 93 in storage, but then i realized that only 10 can be functional, oh well.

The BC-304, also known as the Daedalus-class warship, is a class of deep space carrier built by the Tau'ri, and the most advanced series of vessels in the Tau'ri fleet




Note: This canon length of the ship is debatable (225m - 732m depending on which source you think is accurate)
This is because an actual size would be too small to be usable even in mid-game. This ship is made so that it would be a good balanced pre-core ship.
If you want to fly a 1:1 scale ship for fun, downscale it to 0.5 then 0.8, but it would make the ship very weak

Also fixed the annoying leaking thruster effects from the sides of the ship

Decided to give this ship a quick revisit, you may need to unsub then resub to get the updates

Optimized Integrity Field Generator to barely fit the ship -> Squeezed in more functional blocks
Replaced all smart hull with armor for better visual consistency + durability
Improved overall acceleration and rotation with more engine and gyro
Merged Blocks to reduce block count from 6k+ to 5562

don't bother getting this unless you are willing the gut the whole ship and redo the systems.
it has no usefull deacceleration what so ever. 30 ish m/s

Yes, it is part of the building menu, "Modify Entire Ship" or something. You can even change the ship's material that way.

sets all weapons to point defence and it becomes a fun to destroy enemies since most of the guns act like a vulcan missle defence guns on modern day military ships

i love all the ideas put forth by the comunity and would like to see them implaminted. but i would like to also see a V3 deadalus with the shark livery of the old WWII planes on the front and valcory wings on each hanger wall (out side not in for odvous resons). thank for the ship and all the time you have spent makeing it look more realistic.

Ore some of the Anticer Ships

Using your Daedalus V3 with your Fighters,imagin a Allianc sector with Atlantis as main base and some Pudlejumpers to deffend, some other stations arround and Deadalus, Aurora, Prometheus...... Patroulling and defending the Sector =)

oh the pvp server will get funn :P
