Long Live The Leader

Adds four traits that significantly increase leader life span. Each has its own name, flavor text, pros, cons, and cost. Balanced-ish, I tried to make the cons significant without making the traits unusable. They are all quite powerful, you will over the course of a full game probably get more value per trait point than you would with other traits, but I would not call them cheats either.

Notes:
* I realize that +750 years is basically the same as immortal, it was intended as a flavor difference rather than a balance change.
* The ai should never pick these traits if I coded it correctly. If any of them seem too powerful to you, don't pick them and they should not appear in your games.
* I mostly made this for my own use and decided to publish in case others want to use it. I might make unannounced balance changes or add/remove traits.

It goes without saying that this will disable achievements.

Icons are not very pretty, just something I slapped together in gimp in 5 minutes, If someone makes better ones and wants me to add them I'll credit you in the description.

Compatibility:
* Does not touch vanilla files, so should be compatible with most things.
* One person has said this does not work on the newest version, I have not had time to test yet.

Changes:
* Improved icons and fixed black background that should have been transparent
* Added small habitability penalty to Ancient Ones since after playing for a bit that one felt like the best one in most cases.
