I think the situation here is the same as in hears in portraits. One of the patches Paradox did changed principle of code. All added portraits was hairless.
Long-lived (1 cost): +40 lifespan
Enduring (2 cost): +80 lifespan
Venerable (3 cost): +120 lifespan
Ancient (4 cost): +200 lifespan
I'm asking because I can't seem to find anyone on the workshop who knows that numbers below 300 and higher than 80 exist...

@Celepito The traits can only be added during species creation since otherwise you could add them 40 years in when your leaders get close to death and not have any cons in the first 40 years.
The higher beings one is also useless when you can get stuff that does the same for 2 points less.
