Fallingwater Estate

Description
Fallingwater Estate is a Grand Player Lodge & Property located near Orotheim Cave.

No DLCs required; Enjoy!

This is just a little mod I put together in between my Fort Projects.
(Go Check out Fort Winstad and Fort Heljarchen if you haven't yet!)

Now on Nexus! (Click for Link)[skyrim.nexusmods.com]

Description

Not only do you get the best and most incredible view of Skyrim and the River, you also get:

-A very cozy and very Custom dwelling for you to call home; complete with...
+Grand Entrance/Foyer, with Several means of Displaying your finest wares found throughout Skyrim.
+3 Bedrooms
+Dining Hall & Kitchen
+Pub
+Housecarl to Patrol and Monitor your new, highly sought after Property.
+Dynamic Interior Lighting that adjusts to the time of day.
+Enchanters Table and Alchemy Lab (but where are they?!)

-Rooftop Patio with Access to Indoors via Second Floor

-Outdoor Smithing Shop with Storage Chest and Supplies

-Lookout Perch

-Waterfall (if you place it juuust right, you can jump off and survive)

-Exterior Lighting to find your way around in the Dark

Known Bugs:

-Mannequins might walk around. This is a known Bug within Skyrim. Pretty sure Bethesda is working on a fix.(They've only walked around once for me, and I just left the house and came back in and its been fine ever since.)

-Might be a piece of cheese on the floor in the Dining Hall. Trying to find where its coming from. (This has evolved into a small pile of Debris by the upstairs Mannequins ... Very odd since its coming from absolutely no where... I think we have mice.)

-Shield-mount above the Dagger Display Cases might place your shield at the wrong angle. Working on this.

FAQ

Q:Where is it?!

A: Yes. Link provided above.

Q: Can my Spouse move here?
A: Working on it. Hopefully soon.

Looks ideal for a noble estate, for those who do not want a castle. It's on my list of future homes, but i already have 3 castles with guards, not including upgraded hearthfire castles. For those intersted in what im talking about: 1- Doomstone Keep, 2- Wolf Watch Overlook, 3- Greystone Castle

Fort Lakeview would be awesome... Well, good thing there is a LVM improvement mod on here, and if there was an all in one for FLV, FH, and FW on nexus, that would be awesome.
