Better Blue Baby [OUTDATED]

Description
Blue Baby is probably everyones least Favorit Character (besides Keeper ofcourse)

So i made a Mod to make him a bit more pleasant to play with.

He now starts with Fate instead of The Poop.
This not only makes him a lot better but also makes a lot more sense.

Adding this mod unlocks all characters (and their tainted versions) and leads to some very common CTD's. Would NOT recommend this mod in its current form.

i think ??? is a great character by itself. i just think that maybe you could unlock him starting with butt bombs or petrified poop

boy speak for yourself! he was the first character i beat satan, isaac and it lives each with and it was orgasmingly satisfying since he sucks. he is my top favourite.
but this is a nice idea to make him actually useful and make sense

Booster Pack 5 may have screwed with some mods.
I'll look into fixing it but cant promis much.
