I suppose that if somebody could take the VoiceArchitecture and CueBank files from WotC and export them in a way that allows the vanilla version of UDK to open them, then it would be possible to assign the cues as needed. Even then, I need to actually play the game for a while in order to work out what what kind of clip would be appropriate for each cue.
The other part of this is that I am still putting a great deal of work into obtaining and cleaning files in anticipation of porting my packs to XCOM 3 as soon as it is releaased. I doubt that many cues from WotC will be relevant to the sequel. I would therefore rather focus on making the vanilla stuff really good.
