No Water, No Life. 10x Faster Patch (outdated)

Description
Reduces Water drawing and pouring time by a factor of 10!

Features
I found it annoying how long Draining and Pouring water took. So I reduced it dramatically.

Does NOT work on newer Versions

Instead of using this mod, you can change the StatFactor for the drawing speed in the Scenario Editor when starting a new game (or do save file editing).

Load Order
Right after NWNL

Installing/Uninstalling
Safe to add and remove at any time

it should still work as it is, but you can also increase the speed from the scenario editor when starting a new game

Will this get another update?

I doubt that RimWorld will get another major update. As such, mods that update for [1.0] probably won't ever need another update to stay usable. Just saying...

@Patrick Reis - You have to change <maxOutputWaterFlow>15</maxOutputWaterFlow> aswell
