Es la adaptación de la expansión de Icewind Dale llamada Heart Of Winter, llevaba a Neverwinter Nights con sus diálogos en español originales y voces en ingles originales. Se ha programado un sistema para llevar todas las escenas del juego original a Neverwinter Nights.

No están introducidas todas las misiones secundarias.

Solo tienes que ir en el menu dentro del juego a nuevo -> otros modulos y seleccionar IWD_HeartOfWinter, aunque hay veces que no sale, entonces tienes que copiar lo que hay en a carpeta SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\704450\1351069672 dentro de Mis Documentos\Neverwinter Nights
