Sort Potions Strong-to-Weak with Descriptors

This mod sorts potions by type and then by potency, from strong to weak. Unlike many sorting mods, this grades potions descriptively (e.g. "Exceptional") instead of numerically. It also cuts prefixes and gives distinctive names to potions you can't craft.
