Destruction should never be boring. Stacking cost-reduction gear, stun-locking opponents, and slowly grinding them away isn't how Destruction should work. A Destruction expert should have great power and versatility balanced by minimal durability and limited endurance.

This collection makes that kind of character a viable option, and it does so without making Destruction overpowered or gimmicky. "Augmented Spells" irons out various issues with cloak, rune, and wall spells so that they actually become useful. "Fortify Destruction Damage" makes generic Fortify Destruction gear increase damage instead of reducing cost; that means that at high levels, your spells are incredibly powerful, but they're still costly enough that you can't just spam your strongest. "Safe Storage at College Room", while not as important as the other mods in this collection, does make it a little easier to live near the best Destruction trainer in the game.
