Behavior: Cruel, spiritual.

Description: The fastest enemy alive, their ships have +2 to moves. They're willing to be friends with others who share their ideology, but frequently go to war against those who don't.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
