Homeworld: Cabilus

Ideology: Malevolent

Behavior: Oppurtunistic, cultural, spiritual, xenophobic

Description: Unliked by all. (-2 likeable trait) There's no point trying to make friends with them, they don't like you and nobody likes them. Malevolent but not overly aggressive. They do keep an eye out for weakness, however.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
