Leader: Illadin

Homeworld: Outland

Ideology: Pragmatic

Behavior: Greedy, oppurtunistic, scientific, cultural.

Description: One of my favorite characters in any game, he was an auto-include. Tends to build a decent size empire and then slowly fight through the lands of others. A loyal ally if you can make friends however.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
