Description: I've never seen the na'vi at war, whether declared on them or by them. They have, however, culturally converted thier neighbors on many occasions. Usually ends up with a small number of planets and a massive cultural border.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
