Name: Green goblins

Source: Spiderman

Leader: Osborn

Homeworld: Serum (Not very creative but i needed a unique planet)

Ideology: Pragmatic

Behavior: Oppurtunistic, scientific.

Description: While technically a human in a suit, i treat this faction like an alien race with that big head. Engineers and inventive, this faction tends to focus around efficient manufacturing and alot of starbases.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
