Leader: Ulfric

Homeworld: Windhelm

Ideology: Pragmatic

Behavior: Aggressive, cultural, xenophobic

Description: Ulfric doesn't like other races, as is true in skyrim. His people are also much harder to culturally convert thanks to the unwavering trait. Tolerate him, or conquer him.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
