Name: al bhed salvagers

Source: Final fantasy 10

Leader: Rikku (I liked her better than cid)

Homeworld: Bikanel

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: expansive, diplomatic, traders

Description: The al bhed are traders and manufacturers. They start with constructors and an engineer. Basically, what you'd expect from a civ dedicated to machines.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
