Description: Dedicated to science, the protheans with happily trade their tech for yours. Just be wary, they have a tendency to pull ahead technologically if left unchecked.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
