Name: Masked riders

Source: Solomon kane

Leader: Malachi (Made a better name than Marcus imo)

Homeworld: Ghoul (Cause i needed something)

Ideology: Malevolent

Behavior: Aggressive, cruel, oppurtunistic, xenophobic.

Description: I stretched a bit for this one but the masked rider in solomon kane just had the look that screamed to be made into a leader. Very aggressive and warlike. This civ has only 1 purpose: War.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
