Description
Name: Spartan brotherhood

Source: Halo

Leader: Carter (Master chief is an awesome soldier but not a commander)

Homeworld: Reach

Ideology: Pragmatic

Behavior: Cultural

Description: A bit redundant in terms of "another human race" but you just can't leave out the spartans. Max bonuses to defensive legions, including the heroic trait.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
