Name: Nocturnus vampires

Source: Magic the gathering

Leader: Nocturn

Homeworld: Kalitas

Ideology: Malevolent

Behavior: Cruel, oppurtunistic, xenophobic.

Description: Based on the mtg card vampire nocturnus, I wanted a more traditional looking vampire race. I felt like this card was perfect. Behaves as i believe you'd expect a vampire to act, fighting the weak and helpless while not really looking for friends.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
