Ideology: Malevolent

Behavior: Cruel

Description: Will pick on weaker races but tends to just protect their own borders when equally matched. Has the vigilance trait, making attacks into thier space more difficult.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
