Name: Skin-changer refuge

Homeworld: Carrock

Ideology: Benevolent

Behavior: Cultural, spiritual, xenophobic

Description: Despite being a benevolent race, the skin changers are untrusting of others and hard to get along with. They will declare war on those who do not follow their ideology.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
