Name: Death-mage coven

Source: Magic the gathering

Leader: Lilliana Vess

Homeworld: Crypt (I know, not very inventive.)

Ideology: Pragmatic

Behavior: Expansive, Oppurtunistic.

Description: A bit unpredictable. She tends to found a large empire but then varies in behavior. Sometimes she just fortifies, others she goes aggressive. Just depends on the oppurtunities nearby.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
