Ideology: Benevolent

Behavior: Scientific, cultural.

Description: Focused on science and culture, the vulcans have a tendency to pull above others in tech. A good source of tech trade if you've got it enabled.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
