Leader: Mengsk

Homeworld: Korhal

Ideology: Malevolent

Behavior: Cultural

Description: I hate to make another "terran" faction but mengsk is too good to leave out. While he is a tyrant, and his invasions never cost credits, he's not exactly aggressive.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
