Behavior: Aggressive, cruel, oppurtunistic, expansive, xenophobic.

Description: A race bred for war, the phyrexians are not your friend and don't want to be. They will spend most of the game at war with thier neighbors, taking what they can.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
