Description: How can i not make this guy and his race a civ? A solid enemy, the clowns will try to conquer everyone around. Doesn't need friends, doesn't want friends. Brutal invasions, high military production, Unlikeable and poor tourism.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
