Description
Name: Luphomoid assassins

Source: Guardians of the galaxy

Leader: Nebula

Homeworld: Luphomoid

Ideology: Malevolent

Behavior: None

Description: No additional behavior traits makes her a bit more unpredictable. Bonus resources, military production, and higher mass. While nebula doesn't strike me as a true leader, her race warrants thier own civ for a bit of humanoid variety.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
