Description: Would prefer to sit back and just expand thier borders through culture. Has extremely long range and faster ships enabling them to expand farther away than most. Starts with espionage.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
