Description
Name: Heavenly inferno

Source: Magic the gathering

Leader: Kaalia

Homeworld: Apocalypse (I needed something and it fit)

Ideology: Malevolent

Behavior: Cultural

Description: Her artwork was just too good not to use as a leader. Malevolent but not evil per se. Though they do possess the slaver trait so i guess that might not be true. Builds lots of ships and is not afraid to use them but doesn't seek out war the way some others do. High military production and contentment.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
