Leader: Tonks

Homeworld: Morph (Below my standards but it's hard to make 550+ unique planet names)

Ideology: benevolent

Behavior: cultural diplomatic trader

Description: Tonks is not the strongest character for a leader but i love shapeshifters of any kind so here she is. She's peaceful, likeable, and popular, making her a great friend to all. She's also adaptable, giving her an advantage on early colonization.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
