Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: cruel, traders

Description: Evil but with a twist compared to others. Willing to trade (look at the styles in the capital) but also practices slavery. If you're willing to look past his morality, he'll be a good source of trade. Just watch he's not taking slaves from ur worlds. Bonuses to trade, tourism, and happiness.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
