Ideology: Malevolent

Behavior: aggressive, cruel, oppurtunistic, greedy, xenophobic

Description: A large annoyance if you're trying to be peaceful, davy jones loves to declare war. With fast and organized ships, he can field large fleets into your territory quickly. Be wary if he's your neighbor.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
