Description: While an enemy in skyrim, i needed a bit of variety in my malevolent civs so I've got the dragonborn cult focused more on colonies and resources. Will declare war but is not AS intent on ruling the galaxy as you'd expect from the game. Low maintainence and starts with extra resources.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
