Name: alpha vampire civilization

Source: supernatural

Leader: alpha

Homeworld: harvest (Made up based on harvesting blood)

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: cruel

Description: Some people may find the leader picture annoying but i felt it best displayed the evil creepiness of the alpha vamp. Cruel, technology focused slavers. The alpha vamps will just as happily conquer you as your neighbor. The trick is to show more strength then those nearby. Bonuses to tech, culture, and economy.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
