Behavior: aggressive, cruel, xenophobic.

Description: I never watched the old trek shows/movies so i'm sorry if my assessment of them is off. Wants to kill everyone. Maximum bonuses to legions on both offense and defense. Doesn't care about your feelings, just don't get in their way.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
