Hartman motivates the last man standing

Replaces all last man standing musics with Hartman's marching sound.
If you like the mod, don't forget to rate it.

If sound doesn't work, try typing snd_restart in console.
The mod will only work in servers, which allow mods and don't overwrite the default sounds:
sv_pure -1 - will work
sv_pure 0 - will work
sv_pure 1 - depends on server
sv_pure 2 - won't work

Most of the official NWI servers allow mods.
