Name: Reaper fleets

Leader: sovereign

Homeworld: blackstar

Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: cruel, oppurtunistic, xenophobic

Description: Focused on military and nothing else. Tough, accurate ships with high logistics, mass and ship building. Completely unlikable, unpopular and high maintainence. Not a very nice technology advanced race of living ships. Hard to culturally convert.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
