Name: Dunmer province

Source: elder scrolls

Leader: Neloth

Homeworld: Morrowwind

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: diplomatic, cultural, spiritual, trader

Description: While many would prefer a morrowind dunmer, i used one from skyrim for a better picture. Neloth is a bit excentric but i like him. Wants to build an industious, and tech savy empire (bonuses to production and tech) Extra range and administrators.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
