Name: Hell razer legions

Source: Doom 4

Leader: Tether (Another ranom name cause they don't have any)

Homeworld: Raze (My most creative planet name ever)

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: diplomatic

Description: Not wanting to make all my doom 4 races pure evil, i kinda saw these guys like the elites in halo. They're willing to fight if provoked but it's more about honor and whatnot. More generic than others. A hogepodge of traits but starts with extra resources and a constructor.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
