Behavior: cultural, traders

Description: In an attempt to split up the covenent into distinct races, I've turned the jackals into traders. Starts with extra resources and bonuses to various types of economy.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
