Description: While technically a subset of the thieve's guild (who's also included in another civ), they're just too cool looking not to include as well. Able to resort to stealthful tactics, they have espionage to start with and their invasions never cost credits (cause their enemies don't see them coming). Accurate, agile ships.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
