Behavior: diplomatic, cultural

Description: I really don't know the difference between these guys and the twilek, but a star wars pureist might. I've got them as likeable diplomats with bonuses to culture and tourism.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
