Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: oppurtunistic, spiritual, trader

Description: If you're also malevolent, he's willing to be your friend and even trade. If you're not, he'll declare a holy war and cleanse you from the galaxy. Devout slavers with varied bonus traits.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
