Description: Imperious is a bit of a self-righteous (censored) in diablo and I feel i've portrayed that well here. Likes to go to war with those who are not also benevolent. Strong legions on defense, stronger ships regardless, and increased military production. Those who do not follow the righteous path, be wary.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
