Name: snapcaster magi

Source: magic the gathering

Leader: Ixidor (Cause i needed a wizard from mtg)

Homeworld: Flashback (Cause that's what he does, get it)

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: scientific, cultural.

Description: A civ created solely because an artwork looked cool and no other reason. Multiple bonuses to tech and production. Harder to hit ships. Standard pragmatic civ.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
