Description
Name: chiss ascendency

Source: star wars

Leader: grand admiral thrawn

Homeworld: csilla

Ideology: pragmatic

Behavior: spiritual

Description: While thrawn is actually more of a malevolent leader in lore, I only used him as the leader cause he was a named chiss. The race themselves are more militant but not overly aggressive, and so it is here. Fast, observant ships with higher possible logistics.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
