Source: Underworld

Leader: Viktor

Homeworld: Eldera (Cause he's an elder)

Ideology: malevolent

Behavior: aggresive, cruel, expansive, oppurtunistic

Description: Bill nighy is onf of the only actor to get 2 civs (This and davy jones) but viktor is too awesome a vampire not to include. And since davy jones looks nothing like him, both are in. Viktor wants to enslave you (Cattle i think you're called). Bonuses to tech and military production. Stay close friends or stay out of his way.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
